Our services
We provide cost saving /corporate postpaid solutions for our corporate clients and at the same time we also provide prepaid solutions for both corporate and non-corporate clients.
Our prepaid cards are also available in most of the cards center/retail outlets that cater for those who hardly make STD/IDD calls.
We also provide solutions for call shops with comprehensive call shop systems.
There are many other products available under Green Packet/Packet One such as Wimax, Wireless Internet Leased Line (WILL), Wireless CCTV, telecommunications’ solutions and etc.

Technical Support and Maintenance Services
As far as technical support and maintenance services are concerned, we provide full support with no charges to our clients. It is always our goal to ensure there is completely no hassle at our client side from the technical perspective.

Our technical support and maintenance services include:
Installation of Auto-Dialers of any devises required to route calls to our server.
PABX and Keyphone Programming (if applicable).
On-site Technical and Network Testing.

We have done with couple of installations in other MNCs. Hence, there will be no issue to configure our devises with any of the PABX system. We could either:
1. Install a digital dialer tapping on your PRI line. 2. Program our gateway into your PABX system with the assistance from your key phone vendor.

For the details about the installation, we will liaise closely with your key phone vendor.

Consultation Services
Besides helping our clients to enjoy tremendous saving on their phone bill, we also provide some value added services such as:
Cost Saving Analysis – on the bill itself our clients can find the total saving that they enjoy and our comprehensive bill will give you a full picture on all the calls being made and what the rates that we are charging our clients.
The best way of monitoring phone calls as to minimize abuse of call makings.

Savings
The amount of savings is very much depending on the destinations that our clients call to. On the average, the savings could be as high as 70% for IDD and 30% for STD calls. Most of out clients are now enjoying at least 30% saving every month and for those who make a lot of IDD calls in fact could save up to 50%.
